Your sake voice did not pout
The Gospel of John Twelve 27 thru 33
27 “I am troubled now. Yet what should I say? ‘Father, save me from this hour’? But it was for this purpose that I came to this hour. 28 Father, glorify your name.” Then a voice came from heaven, “I have glorified it and will glorify it again.” 29 The crowd there heard it and said it was thunder; but others said, “An angel has spoken to him.” 30 Jesus answered and said, “This voice did not come for my sake but for yours. 31 Now is the time of judgment on this world; now the ruler of this world will be driven out. 32 And when I am lifted up from the earth, I will draw everyone to myself.” 33 He said this indicating the kind of death he would die.
Many of you may not know that I write in brief what my podcast takes to a different level by speaking about the issues of the day when our concerned rights of being a Christian is being assaulted as we speak driven down and out in the shadows while speaking of something called “the fundamental right” to falsely admire while admonishing in the shadows of the world’s ruler of deception and fear. The world is saying, “If we frighten them enough not to speak out we will drive back the idea of Truth until they may think all is clear as the bombs begin to explode their silence to fear.
Come along with me as we speak about the Word of God in earnest wanting more of Salvation than the ugliness I labeled as, “Looking Down Syndrome.” Look around, every member of society seems to have even from the earliest of age to the eldest we are consumed with the world in every aspect by the flash and flair of the world deceiving us as instant communication humanity holds dear. We can’t find movies that relate to our love of God and community struggling to find movies that are supposed to speak about the truth yet blatantly desecrate the Lord as a part of their blind reluctance to do what is right in every aspect of receiving the Body and blood of our Lord.
We find His Name being taken in vain as other idols blatantly are being constructed in every aspect of daily living. Here, we find God telling us how to react by the world’s smothering of everything Salvation and Truth represent. Let us hear the words of guidance to govern without placing restrictions on the heart of Jesus wanting what love, faith and hope of mercy provide; forgiveness and purpose in Charity’s eye. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Prayers for our son Gabriel, Alexandra Wiggins Stern and Allen Thomas Wiggins. Troubled Am I yet determined
Say what should I as if burdened
Hour save Me father say I not predetermined
Hour comes Father speaks you glorified now redetermined
Father speaking aloud as from a cloud confirming
How His Son is more than heaven’s thunder
Again glorifying His Name asserting
His forever reign as Savior humanity’s wonder
Your sake voice did not pout
World’s judgment God invoked
World’s ruler driven out
Myself lifted death inflicted salvation eternal spoke
