Wealth enters not God’s Kingdom
Gospel of Mark Ch 10 v- 23 thru 27
23 Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God!” 24 The disciples were amazed at his words. So Jesus again said to them in reply, “Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel to pass through [the] eye of [a] needle than for one who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.” 26 They were exceedingly astonished and said among themselves, “Then who can be saved?” 27 Jesus looked at them and said, “For human beings it is impossible, but not for God. All things are possible for God.”
Will people who promote evil see the Kingdom of God? We are to forgive all people but doesn’t selling items promoting Satan seem to stretch the truth too far? We learn from the NC Register that “Walmart has come under fire—the fire of hell—for selling satanic products. Their online catalog has 22 pages—around 440 items—of demonic merchandise. Either they are intentionally promoting demonic things, or they are ignorant. Either way, they are responsible for spreading evil.” The human beings in charge there must be seeking more and more profit willing to sell their soul by promoting excessive worldly pleasures. Our family has witnessed Walmart selling a priest’s costume with a child attached to his crotch.
We have boycotted Walmart ever since but see more reasons now to continue this embargo and share with others the message to drop no more money there. Where are you in this commitment? Do you think Walmart should promote such demonic items? I would love to hear more from our readers of what kind of stance they take and why? Sure, Walmart gives people steady employment but God’s principles can’t be shamed. There are plenty of other companies that pay the same wage yet promote Godly living. I for one stand for Truth and see Truth can set you free from the holding on to the tale of Satan no matter how soft a grip we have by holding on to something we can change and that’s the presence of evil by seeking God in employment to boast about His Kingdom. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty we pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. Day 9 We pray for our niece Brittany who is a mother of four and 33 years old who has brain cancer stage four. We pray for Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Wealth enters not God’s Kingdom
Hard for people with money to understand
Disciples His began His earned income
Words amazed them who can stand
God’s Kingdom hard to enter children
Needles eye camel pass would be an easier task
God’s Kingdom not enter rich as a villain
Disciples astonished exceedingly hard to grasp
Saved who the disciples murmured in tears
Looking at them Jesus explained their bed
Impossible for being’s human in fear
Possible all for God and for you when you wed
