He was told, “Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside and they wish to see You.” He said to them in reply, “My mother and My brothers are those who hear the Word of God and act on it.” Luke 8:20-21

Ezra 6:7-8, 12, 14-20, Psalm 122 & Luke 8:19-21

The nature of acting on the Word of God takes enough courage to oblige Jesus in any situation with all types of people notwithstanding your own family that surrounds you. Family members seem to keep us from acting on the Word of God as described by Jesus today because we have let pride over purpose direct our lust over libations. If you are to act on God’s Word, you are to act on it in any situation and in my yes even more so in front of your family as the necessary guide or concelebrant of Truth.

Tonight we will find out why Jesus is “unstoppable” as a bunch Emmaus Men and their wives and children descend on the theatre in a sold out show of a movie about faith overcoming doubt. Gather together with your communities and act on the Word of God showing just how faith fortifies friends who fathom doubt by acting on the Word of God. Doubt is not our destination as we live in the faith of our future in Christ’s creation. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray to act LORD. Novena prayers day nine for Mauricio M. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has our constant prayers. LORD from Psalm 10:17 I chant, “You listen, LORD, to the needs of the poor; You strengthen their heart and incline Your ear.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Mother came to see Him
Mary soul so true
Crowd prevented
His face from coming through

Disciples stood beside her
Someone made a wish to team
A reply in faith to secure them
Anyone must act to dream

Brothers and mothers Jesus replied
Stirs their emotions to act
Anyone can be Christ’s family
Trusting God and His Word as Fact
