They came and said to him, “Teacher, we know that you are a truthful man and that you are not concerned with anyone’s opinion. You do not regard a person’s status but Teach the Way of God in accordance with the Truth. Is it lawful to pay the census tax to Caesar or not? Should we pay or should we not pay?” So Jesus said to them, “Repay to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God.” They were utterly amazed at Him. Mark 12:14, 16

To pay Caesar what was Caesar’s was order giving to God what is God’s in Truth.

Tobit 2:9-14, Psalm 112 & Mark 12:13-17

Opinions are healthy yet ugly things that ruIn your minds set to show concern being ravaged by thoughtless opinions that mean as much as the spittle coming from the mouth who says them. Jesus wasn’t concerned with “anyone’s opinion” because He trusted God even to the point of death to fulfill all righteous acts for all eternity. He was a “Truthful Man” who taught about God’s Kingdom showing us the Way without hinder healing with Divine Splendor creating fire inside our souls like a burning ember. You know, the glow that resonates God’s Truth from your pours smelling of love void of opinion trusting always in God’s Divine Truth. To pay Caesar what was Caesar’s was order giving to God what is God’s in Truth.

Over-and-over again, Jesus refers to Scripture from Prophets of Old who laid the pathway to God’s coming to set the record straight so to speak pouring Salvation from the Blood of the Lamb who willingly walked to slaughter without even a bleep from His lips except the Truth of Forgiveness. “Father, forgive them, they know not what they do.” Matthew 23:34b Jesus mattered not of the spitting He endured from people who hate not the ugly words they yelled to try and relate or the whips and chains they tore His flesh with enduring the Nails that captured our wit Salvation’s song forever our fix. I love His Word to shape me Truthful concerned not with anyone’s judgment. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray to matter not of opinion but that of Your Truth. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has our constant prayers. Novena Prayers day seven for Monica. Novena prayers day two for “Poppy Juan Cruz “health. LORD from Psalm 127:1 I chant- “Unless the LORD build the house, they labor in vain who build. Unless the LORD guard the city, in vain does the guard keep watch. Certainly sons are a gift from the LORD, the fruit of the womb, a reward.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Give to God what is God’s was His Eternal retort– Mark 12:13-17

Herodians with Pharisee employed their sense of smell
Trying to ensnare Jesus getting Him to tell
By speech would they get Him to admit Caesar’s spell
By all accounts before judgment’s day living life in hell

Calling Him Teacher and rightfully so
Saying He was Truthful but not caring to know
How God brought Him to Eternally sow
The Salvation humanity needed without opinion to grow

Not a person’s status or wealth do You greet as a friend
Seemingly molding Your Walk in Truthful blend
Teacher of Truth always willing to lend
A hand for another protecting by forgiving their sin

Is there law in the census tax to pay?
Do we give Caesar hard earned money each day?
Payment is an option or not to stay
Please tell us what do you say?

Jesus knew their hypocrisy testing His Way
He questioned why they had to test Him each day
Asking for a coin the denarius would say
The inscription of Caesar He pointed to pay

Caesar’s lot must be filled by God’s accord
Allowing rulers to keep order for the LORD
Repaying what belongs to Caesar’s temporary court
Give to God what is God’s was His Eternal retort

The inscription on the Roman denarius said, “Tiberius Caesar, son of the divine Augustus.” This was blasphemy to Jews; so Jesus says they should (be glad to) give it back to Rome. Who would want to keep such a coin? And Jesus adds that Caesar is not God, distinguishing the two. Thus Jesus’ words are not giving support of some kind to Caesar; his words refute what Caesar’s coin says.
