The Lord’s Spirit releases His Spin
Letter to the Romans Seven Five thru Eight
5 For when we were in the flesh, our sinful passions, awakened by the law, worked in our members to bear fruit for death. 6 But now we are released from the law, dead to what held us captive, so that we may serve in the newness of the spirit and not under the obsolete letter. 7 What then can we say? That the law is sin? Of course not! Yet I did not know sin except through the law, and I did not know what it is to covet except that the law said, “You shall not covet.” 8 But sin, finding an opportunity in the commandment, produced in me every kind of covetousness. Apart from the law sin is dead.
Paul describes the sin of covetousness that many a person has undertaken outside and inside the Law. The Law tells us not to do what the Spirit kills in each and every one. Death to sin happens in Christ. Amen. He died for the sin you now are dead too as well. Get it? It’s tough to understand until you surrender this want of being in self. I want to satisfy my desire. I want to be with who I want. These types of undertakings kill the body therefore separating you from God and Christ. But Jesus opens His arms to slay this passion of self wanting to find everything about Him in everything we live to see where love, faith and hope displays His mercy of Redemption our concern our wanting in the spirit of righteousness our boastings in weakness to overcome by living God first. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Prayers for our children Gabriel, Julian, Alexandra, Jeffrey and Allen and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Silence for the prayers of others. Holy Spirit and St Joseph CC & Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Death born fruit members obligeful
Law letter obsolete released now slaves no longer dinful
Spirit newness received serving Jesus mindful
Laws own saying produced sin
There was nothing I knew how to begin
Until I was told to covet not to win
