Tents make three Elijah Moses and Jesus thus far
Gospel of Mark Ch 9 v- Two thru Eight
2 After six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John and led them up a high mountain apart by themselves. And he was transfigured before them, 3 and his clothes became dazzling white, such as no fuller on earth could bleach them. 4 Then Elijah appeared to them along with Moses, and they were conversing with Jesus. 5 Then Peter said to Jesus in reply, “Rabbi, it is good that we are here! Let us make three tents: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.” 6 He hardly knew what to say, they were so terrified. 7 Then a cloud came, casting a shadow over them; then from the cloud came a voice, “This is my beloved Son. Listen to him.” 8 Suddenly, looking around, they no longer saw anyone but Jesus alone with them.
How will you react when Jesus stands before you? Or maybe you’ve conversed with Elijah and Moses going forward? Our experiences in Christ will mimic what God has in store for us. Charity will come at you in all forms and the sightings of Christ will take on a new adventure because we fill find Jesus in the ones we will help and/or create a discussion with of love, faith and hope of His mercy. This is our need; to follow Jesus when He’s transfigured as well as when He is dirty smelly and bewildered. Jesus can and will make all things understood by simply just believing in His Redemption. This trust must be absolute or you will find disappointment if your ability to commit doesn’t equal His guidance and direction of serving the lost, lonely and languished the ones Jesus wants you to know in the beauty of living in and absolute surrender unafraid. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty we pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. Day 9 We pray for our niece Brittany who is a mother of four and 33 years old who has brain cancer stage four. We pray for Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

John, James and Peter went with Jesus to mountain top
Apart from others by themselves
Transfigured Jesus became white dazzling clothes they couldn’t stop
Nothing on earth could bleach them to tell
Conversing Jesus with Moses and Elijah without fear
Peter had to get involved
Witnessing the Rabbi he noted so dear they were here
Tents make three Elijah Moses and Jesus thus far
Terrified were they unsure what to say
Them suddenly shadowed by a cloud
Voice thundered from the dismay
Son beloved is Mine Him listen so proud
Looking suddenly everyone was gone
Jesus was alone them with
There seemed to be a need to sing a song
The Lord had spoken in bliss
