Tent temporary torn
2ND CORINTHIANS CHAPTER 4 ONE THRU FIVE
1 For we know that if our earthly dwelling, a tent, should be destroyed, we have a building from God, a dwelling not made with hands, eternal in heaven. 2 For in this tent we groan, longing to be further clothed with our heavenly habitation 3 if indeed, when we have taken it off, we shall not be found naked. 4 For while we are in this tent we groan and are weighed down, because we do not wish to be unclothed* but to be further clothed, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. 5 Now the one who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who has given us the Spirit as a first installment.
How many of us feel the daily grind groaning of living in a world that seems so disrespectful as it encourages excess over common sense. To stand for freedom means we stand for the cloth that represents the lives of plenty dyed red, white and blue this rag may seem naked to many unwilling to have someone next to it backing it up while the world sees not the shimmering whip of the wind straightening the flag to crisp sounds sometimes silent like sin. It flies free of oppression where the lives of those who serve the common good are given as a sacrifice to the ones who kneel in jest instead of recognizing turmoil they seemingly spit at those who fly overhead in jets a bliss spewing colors of freedom today November 11 represents. Don’t let our cloth of freedom weigh you down overcoming the excess the mortal life construes unsound. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and Rose for me. Prayer intentions. IN Jesus Name. Amen.

Destroyed dwelling earthly
Tent temporary torn
Heaven Eternal unearthly
Dwelling hands none
Groan flesh tented
Clothed further longing portal
Habitation Heavenly hinted
Down clothed weight mortal
Life swallowed clothed
Ready for Heavenly life
God prepares nothing cold
Installment first Spirit might
