Universal Utterings for 4-21-2014

God raised this Jesus; of this we are all witnesses. Exalted at the Right Hand of God, He received the Promise of the Holy Spirit from the Father and poured it forth, as you (both) see and hear. Acts 2:32-33

What a day it must have been to first learn Jesus had Risen then to find Him gone discovering an empty tomb to finding Him on their way back home to be told to tell the others He will see them all very soon. The two Mary’s must have been a little overwhelmed understandably so in joy to see Jesus had truly Risen from the dead. They had seen Him raise others from the dead but to see God had given Him blessings and honor of life Immortal must have set them on fire.

You know the kind of fire you feel once you’ve left a weekend retreat floating on air as the Disciples did when they spoke in every language to every reeling Jew and foreigner who could speak and be understood in their own native tongue. There was a feeling of worth and accomplishment that now will become never ending in you. The feeling charity will become the faith, hope and love you will live as Resurrected in Christ. What they received and preached is what you practice, pray and proclaim. Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray to live in the Spirit rejoicing in Truth to fear. Prayers for every listener’s prayer intentions request across the world. LORD, from Psalm 68:29 I chant, “Summon again, O God, Your Power, the Divine Power You once showed for us.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
