Wigs Word of God Today
Universal Utterings for 3-27-2014
Grant me justice, O God; defend me from a faithless people; from the deceitful and unjust rescue me. Psalm 43:1
But if it is by the Finger of God that [I] drive out demons, then the Kingdom of God has come upon you. Luke 11:20
Jeremiah 7:23-28, Psalm 43 & Luke 11:14-23
Once we take the presence of God seriously in our lives we recognize justice as the LORD’s and not our misguided selfish desires of retaliation or revenge but that of faith, hope and love of forgiveness instilled by the Word of God breathed in speaking Truth. Truth we ignore in faithless actions of ignorance seeing the judgment of people instead of the person as if we can judge better than the Spirits last breath? How can we become the breath of humanity without the Source of the air we breathe? We can only ignore God for so long before His Will takes you to demise of an adventure I don’t advise.
Our Walk in the Psalms thus far describes laments or cries if you will of why we ignore God but always repenting to abide in the Light and Fidelity of God’s rescued justice. As David did we too experience this desire to ask God why seeking not ignorance to rely searching for and finding God in every instance we comply. David lets us feel it’s Ok to call out to God complaining or rejoicing He expects us to do nothing less diving into works even more. So as we Walk through the Psalms in brevity’s Truth let us practice, pray and proclaim the wonders of His Name sharing without shame. Amen.
We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray to let God be God by the works we acclaim. Novena prayers day eight for special intentions. Prayers for Kairos Prison Ministry of DCI#49. Greg Bishop has our never ending prayers. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. LORD, from Psalm 43: I chant, “Why are you downcast, my soul? Why do you groan within me? Wait for God, for I shall again praise Him, my Savior and my God.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
