THE GOSPEL OF LUKE CHAPTER 10 29 THRU 34

29 But because he wished to justify himself, he said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” 30 Jesus replied, “A man fell victim to robbers as he went down from Jerusalem to Jericho. They stripped and beat him and went off leaving him half-dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down that road, but when he saw him, he passed by on the opposite side. 32 Likewise a Levite came to the place, and when he saw him, he passed by on the opposite side. 33 But a Samaritan traveler who came upon him was moved with compassion at the sight. 34 He approached the victim, poured oil and wine over his wounds and bandaged them. Then he lifted him up on his own animal, took him to an inn and cared for him.

Will this trend of never-ending social media ever become the victim of robbers by Christ’s Divinity left along the information highway to forever be forgotten? No, I think not. It seems our LED-BIT-BOT world will track its very existence for all eternity I suppose until God pulls the plug of our human robbers stealing the very essence of mankind by granting fantasy as a real time pleasure where others once lost by the color of their skin now creates, exhibits and sells from every corner the world over. It seems we Christians sure spread the Gospel to every corner like China has in cheap goods.

Yes, it seems we brought the world to our feet able to communicate love, faith and hope of redemption instantaneously to those who constantly seek. We battle with others because our human side crosses the street while robbers beat your best friend’s mother and you’re unable to help frightened and weak. The scenarios have played out over histories that seemed bleak while technology continues to open up the freeway every soul seems to need. No more going outside scratching your knees no more exploring to find someone without greed. See if you can help those who call out for need to others who finally concede. We must be ready to help whatever their pedigree. Amen.

Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and Rose for me. Prayer intentions. IN Jesus Name. Amen. Precious Blood
