Letter to the Romans Four Five thru Eight
5 But when one does not work, yet believes in the one who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness. 6 So also David declares the blessedness of the person to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: 7 “Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven and whose sins are covered. 8 Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord does not record.”
God reminds us today through Paul that works aren’t always necessary when one believes from the heart that Jesus Christ is Lord. Amen. Put aside works for a moment and see the heart where all love flows from allowing us to take part in the worship of our one and one only God who brought Himself to the world and lived as we do in all aspects but sin allowing us to see Him amongst the lost and lonely willing to forgive their sin. This belief records righteousness as the beauty of Salvation where works aren’t recorded in the belief of a Savior who forgives all sin and allows righteousness to be obtained by simply saying yes to Redemption and pursuing the saving of souls as living Truth. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Prayers for our children Gabriel, Julian, Alexandra, Jeffrey and Allen and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Silence for the prayers of others. Holy Spirit and St Joseph CC & Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.
