Universal Utterings for 12-12-2014

The words of a talebearer are like dainty morsels: they sink into one’s inmost being. Like a glazed finish on earthenware are smooth lips and a wicked heart. Proverbs 26:22-23

Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled.” And Mary said: “My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my Savior. Luke 1:45-47

The Son of man came, eating and drinking, and they say, “Look, a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.” Yet wisdom is justified by her deeds. Matthew 11:19

Proverbs 26:20-24, Isaiah 48:17-19, Luke 1:39-47 & Matthew 11:16-19

The act of gossip is an empty discussion of boredom occupying our thoughts not with love, hope and faith but lust, greed and envy combined with another’s desire to mirror your beliefs openly proclaimed no matter the consequences. The consequence is obviously hurt feelings combined with possible separations that many times will be tragically permanent. Yes, I believe the passing on of words unnecessarily hurt others in the attempt to fulfill the monotony of life without overcoming the world-weariness with a constant prayer where discussions with God keep a smile on your lips living Truth free.

There is no cost only consequence when God becomes your every thought, action and deed of surrender in the constancy of love’s (God) Charity (Jesus). Mary believed the words spoken to her proclaiming a greatness in her soul that echoes in the hearts of all Christians who find Christ as their only answer to Eternal Life living the knowledge in peace. When we learn to proclaim the Son of Man as an obedient habit, we learn smooth lips can be overcome by praying thoughts of love. Our practice, prayer and preaching finds humility in silence living as Jesus ordained to give God our all in the Charity we dole out in the insight of Christ’s Truth. This Truth reverberates in His own words of sagacity keeping us on Track for life. “Yet wisdom is justified by her deeds.” Amen.

We ask in prayer. Dear LORD, we pray to pray in gossip loving life in Truth. We pray for my son Jeff and his mother Lisa. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca.  LORD from Proverbs 26:20 I chant; “Without wood the fire dies out; without a talebearer strife subsides.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
