My story shouts Merry Christmas! The Ten Commandments in Poetry.

Your house and your kingdom are firm forever before Me; your throne shall be firmly established forever. 2nd Samuel 7:16

Even as He promised through the mouth of His holy prophets from of old: Salvation from our enemies and from the hand of all who hate us. Luke 1:70-71

Second Samuel 7:1-5, 8-11, 16, Psalm 89 & Luke 1:67-79

It was the day before Christmas and all through the shack not a roach was a scurrying not even a rat when all of a sudden from high above I received a message illuminated with love: “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the slavery “that once tangles your mind. I am Watchful Constant Full of the Divine, “You shall not have other gods beside Me.” There is nothing above My Kind. I will continue to share with you each the Truth afforded by Time. Trust in what you long to eternally see not some idol of a practicing jumping flea for as I said to fully agree, “You shall not make for yourself an idol or a likeness of anything in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the waters beneath the earth” you see.

Surrender to and lower yourself to Me for you shall never “bow down before them or serve them” to flee. “For I, the LORD, your God, am a jealous God, inflicting punishment for their ancestors’ wickedness on the children of those who hate Me.” The house became quiet even stiller than I thought God wasn’t about to let humanity rot. He would show us love by His Divine Mystical thoughts even “to the thousandth generation of those who love” Him and keep His commandments aloft. Oh, my excitement began to ring and to cheer. My LORD and My Savior gave me to strength to appear before men and women in the love of His Truth I could never fear. Each Commandment He shared made my fingers wildly truced. He taught me to never invoke His Great Name in blame as if He were a pain. I tell you His Name will always be revered not laughed at or scorned by the insane. “For the LORD will not leave unpunished anyone who invokes His Name in vain.”

This just begins the Ten Truths willing if not careful living aloof as He bellowed “Remember the Sabbath day—keep it holy” as Proof. “Six days you may labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of the LORD your God. You shall not do any work, either you, your son or your daughter” may take a break to verse- yourself how the LORD “blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.” As we ponder the verse “Hokey Dokey?” This Christmas He will continue to teach how His Son had to reach to either side of a Cross by nails taking piercing to hide. His Commandments are fulfilled by the joy in no mistake as He reaffirmed to “Honor your father and your mother, that you may have a long life” to learn.

The “LORD your God is giving you” a choice of heaven or hell as He shouted, “You shall not kill. You shall not commit adultery. You shall not steal.” Forget forgery. “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.” Less you be called a phony or a louse. This Christmas as every year God instructs the lonely by the love we bring in as His hands and feet. Our sharing the Christmas birth and its Salvation unique. As this old house always feels the Spirit ringing the Father’s Son Eternally complete . My Christmas story shouts Merry Christmas! The Ten Commandments not Greek. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to welcome Christmas with love for Your Decrees. I am praying a constant vigil for my life-long friend Greg Bishop. Please call out his name during your days of praying. Prayers are everlasting for God to give us a sign to lead us home. I’m ready, are you? In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Yours in Christ,

Romans 8:28 Exodus 20:1-17

Why not let me kiss my girls goodbye?- Genesis 31

Jacob was told by Yahweh to run

Back to the land of ancestors won

Take the wives and return to home

The sons of Laban had started to shun

So Jacob left without a cry

No kiss or wave goodbye

Laban pursued him for seven days

Catching him in the hills in dismay

Why run you fool of the night?

Why not let me kiss my girls goodbye?

With song and dance we would have parted ways

My girls by your side and my heart unfrayed

I thought you were going to take your girls back

I ran to avoid a confrontation of facts

Afraid of losing the love of my life thus far

I took nothing but them to return to my parts

Laban searched each tent to find none

Nothing to hide from nothing won

Angry Jacob said enough is enough

Twenty years I slaved to bring my children stuff

Laban agreed he’d make a pact and be

Loving and kind to his son-in-law you see

Sacrifice and praise was offered up that plight

The next day Laban kissed his daughters and said goodnight
