THE GOSPEL OF LUKE CHAPTER 1 ONE THRU FOUR
5 In the days of Herod, King of Judea, there was a priest named Zechariah of the priestly division of Abijah; his wife was from the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth. 6 Both were righteous in the eyes of God, observing all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blamelessly. 7 But they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren and both were advanced in years. 8 Once when he was serving as priest in his division’s turn before God, 9 according to the practice of the priestly service, he was chosen by lot to enter the sanctuary of the Lord to burn incense. 10 Then, when the whole assembly of the people was praying outside at the hour of the incense offering,11the angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right of the altar of incense.
Nothing is impossible with God. Luke brings the story of Mary and Joseph that includes her family of Zachariah and Elizabeth. Luke describes Mary’s cousins as older yet we learn that over zealous denial, delay and detriment is included in a compiled process that prevents you from believing God can and will take care of everything through his will. Maybe you have seen the angel standing by your right side bringing more than just the passion, purpose and persuasive love Good News brings of Redemption.
Living redeemed is the only way to live eternally yet we strike a chord with this subleased process and seem to play this tune for a majority of our life. We think living large overcomes the need to be obedient to Christ until age reconciles all people with God. What we can’t trust when we’re alone possibly incurring an Angel in-flight when we choose to do plight as our life enables us to deny God while God just simply asked us asks us to try. Patience is granted today by our practice, prayer and proclamation that will leave you with grandeur, gratitude and grace His lingering courage trait. Amen.

Priest was he Herod days Judea king
Aaron daughters hence Liza was there
God’s eyes see righteous blameless ordinances his they sing
Years advanced barren Elizabeth children none
Division priest time to serve though years advanced
Lot chose Zechariah God’s Will will be done
Incense burning Zac offering altar right side enhanced
Appearing Lord’s Angel leaving dust as he danced
