Universal Utterings for 1-21-2014

Blessed are all who fear the LORD, and who walk in His Ways. Psalm 128:1

First Samuel 16:1-13, Psalm 128 & Mark 2:23-28

I was walking normal confident steps from my kitchen grasping a cup of hot coffee making a path to my chair where I write each day asking God to guide my thoughts, my actions and my deeds when suddenly my right foot hit a splash of coffee that projected ahead of me from an upwards splatter falling exactly where my right foot was to plant and pivot causing me to fly into the air coming down on my elbow wrenching my back creating a small lake of coffee across the floor glimmering with my face in it.

I landed on my bath robe clutching the cup of coffee realizing I kept half in as I brought it to my mouth for a sip. I just laid there pondering if I should call my wife or walk in His Ways to find healing no matter the pain. I stood carefully feeling jolted but alive in Christ making my way in His Way to continue my thoughts, action and deeds of Him. I was shocked but alive hopeful to abide in His Will to never hide the love He gave me. Sometimes we learn to walk in His Ways we must sometimes slip and fall. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray to walk in Your Ways LORD. Novena prayers day nine for Tampa Emmaus. Constant prayers for TD. Greg Bishop has our never-ending prayers. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. LORD from Psalm 128:2, I chant, “What your hands provide you will enjoy; you will be blessed and prosper.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

I am surrendered in Christ,

LORD feared Ways walked– Psalm 128

LORD feared
Ways walked
Blessed leer
Hands caught

Enjoy provided
Prospered home
Wife blessed
Fruitful moan

Children plants
Olives grown
Table stance
God shown

So just
Blessed man
LORD must
Prosperity stand

Life days
All known
Children graze
Children’s sown
