Letting Him go no die He must
The Gospel of John 19 Seven thru Eleven
7 The Jews answered, “We have a law, and according to that law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.” 8 Now when Pilate heard this statement, he became even more afraid, 9 and went back into the praetorium and said to Jesus, “Where are you from?” Jesus did not answer him. 10 So Pilate said to him, “Do you not speak to me? Do you not know that I have power to release you and I have power to crucify you?” 11 Jesus answered [him], “You would have no power over me if it had not been given to you from above. For this reason the one who handed me over to you has the greater sin.”
Is respect obvious? Did Jesus disrespect Pilate? Pilate had the power to let him go but did Jesus want to be let go? “Give me some respect,” Pilate was saying. But no. Jesus didn’t need his power for He had succumb to the Will of God completing destiny for all humanity. There was nothing Pilate had that wasn’t given to him by our Father above. Jesus reminded him of this fact. God gave you what you have and God can take away what you have by your disrespect of Divinity. This shook Pilate but he too was submitting to destiny by allowing the Jewish people to have one to save the many. Jesus knew this fact and relished giving His all for our freedom. To complete Divinity one must respect where and who these gifts of surety come from living the depths of God’s design is a gift to seek the souls who forgo the Divine to mingle with the swine. Amen.

**Letting Him go no die He must**
Law ours accordingly death to a heretic
Man making himself God pure lust
Answering Jews who couldn’t accept it
Letting Him go no die He must
Pilate went fright to Jesus release believing
Asking from Him where did you live
Speak not to me for what kind of reasons
Crucify or release power mine to give
Answering Jesus with believed treason
Your authority none over Me to give
Without Power above given in all seasons
Appropriately sin greater ones handing Me to you live
