Joseph sought Pilate for His body to adore
Gospel of Mark Ch 15 v- 42 thru 47
42 When it was already evening, since it was the day of preparation, the day before the sabbath, 43 Joseph of Arimathea, a distinguished member of the council, who was himself awaiting the kingdom of God, came and courageously went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. 44 Pilate was amazed that he was already dead. He summoned the centurion and asked him if Jesus had already died. 45 And when he learned of it from the centurion, he gave the body to Joseph. 46 Having bought a linen cloth, he took him down, wrapped him in the linen cloth and laid him in a tomb that had been hewn out of the rock. Then he rolled a stone against the entrance to the tomb. 47 Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses watched where he was laid.
How does the Spirit move you? Can you feel Him pushing you along being courageous when you normally are not? Can you hear His Word speak in your soul as He calls your responses without any preparation to start? This my friends is what Joseph of Arimathea did from the heart. He knew Jesus had to buried quick Sabbath day approached and no work would be done to fix the body the way he wanted to see him laid. He courageously went to Pilate and sought what others forgot or were scared to ask to be a witness in part. Fright prevents absolute success until the Spirit kicks in and courage comes to set you a part from others to direct their mindset. The Will of God provides the success He seeks in you. If you would just be like Joseph of Arimathea, you would just call on the Lord and you too will find the courage, constancy and craftiness to gain souls winning their freedom from sin by living God First in His Redemption. Amen.

**Joseph sought Pilate for His body to adore**
Evening of Sabbath preparation day before
Courageous Arimathea council member distinguished implored
Joseph sought Pilate for His body to adore
God’s Kingdom he was waiting for and much much more
Amazed was Pilate His death already had been secured
Centurion summoned knowledge sought died already report
Centurion reported Jesus was dead for sure
Joseph received body from Pilate unobscured
Cloth linen brought that he had bought
Down from Cross he took Jesus he sought
Jesus wrapped in his fine clean linen cloth
Tomb he laid Jesus rock hewn stoned rolled closing entrance without a thought
They say there were Three Mary’s at the Cross
They watched Jesus be buried inside that rock
Magdalen’s Mary and Joses mother Mary watched
The Mother of our Lord mustn’t be far off
