28 Then they brought Jesus from Caiaphas to the praetorium. It was morning. And they themselves did not enter the praetorium, in order not to be defiled so that they could eat the Passover. 29 So Pilate came out to them and said, “What charge do you bring [against] this man?”30 They answered and said to him, “If he were not a criminal, we would not have handed him over to you.”31 At this, Pilate said to them, “Take him yourselves, and judge him according to your law.” The Jews answered him, “We do not have the right to execute anyone,” 32 in order that the word of Jesus might be fulfilled that he said indicating the kind of death he would die. John 18:28-32
3 Put no trust in princes, in children of Adam powerless to save. 4 Who breathing his last, returns to the earth; that day all his planning comes to nothing. Psalm 146:3-4
Today is the beginning of a new day where Christ motions my soul to take better care of myself for doctors point my weight gain to possible diabetes dropping 18 pounds in the last five weeks. My cholesterol seems to be hovering hereditarily high seeking to clog my human heart giving me motives to walk and jog daily.
We all seem to know when our bodies are breaking down yet we still need the signs God gives you naturally just as Jesus knew that he would die of an execution being hung from Cross. Pilate wanted nothing to do with this yet he knew that he had to do what he had to for the safety of his providence. God reminds us over and over and over again to not put our trust in princes or Adam’s children knowing as his son did that humans will breathe their last where all planning comes to dust. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and Rose for me. Novena Day Six for my brother-in-law Johnny and good friend Robert. IN Jesus Name. Amen.

Law taking Jews just pundits
Execution right they can’t comply
Death was fulfilling what a Roman would decide
