Jesus together gathered apostles
Gospel of Mark Ch 6 v- 30 thru 33
30 The apostles gathered together with Jesus and reported all they had done and taught. 31 He said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” People were coming and going in great numbers, and they had no opportunity even to eat. 32 So they went off in the boat by themselves to a deserted place. 33 People saw them leaving and many came to know about it. They hastened there on foot from all the towns and arrived at the place before them.
Jesus gathered His apostles to make sure they rest but not even deserted places could they find true peace for the world had heard of His healing and sought His advice for the weak. I’m sure many of us would gather around seeking wisdom before He was given a Crown. The crazy thing Jesus accepted not a Crown but the persistent path of redemption knowing He would have to suffer for the beauty of knowing Him as your Lord and Savior. Amen. Whether He was in a boat or walking across dry land, people would seek His comfort by the wave of His hand knowing not a soul in the world could overcome this demand unless His Name was Jesus where healing became everyone’s fan. Are you a fan of Jesus? Did He heal you in your decision-making ways overlooking our Lord not learning to pray? Jesus notes rest is important each and every day. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty we pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. We pray for Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Jesus together gathered apostles
All reported taught and done
Place deserted for a while to rest
Numbers great going and coming to the Son
Eating opportunity none
Place deserted they couldn’t shun
Peoples desire to heal their mum
Boat retrieval to place deserted fun
Leaving by boat someone took a note
There hastened by their feet for a chance to grope
The Christ they sought where love was dope
Healings they received as Salvation Jesus wrote
