Universal Utterings for 1-4-2014

In this way, the Children of God and the children of the devil are made plain; no one who fails to act in righteousness belongs to God, nor anyone who does not love his brother. First John 3:10

The next day John was there again with two of his disciples, and as he watched Jesus walk by, he said, “Behold, the Lamb of God.” The two disciples heard what he said and followed Jesus. Jesus turned and saw them following Him and said to them, “What are you looking for?” John 1:35-38a

First John 3:7-10, Psalm 111 & John 1:35-42

What are you looking for? Something we can’t find or something we can see as our surroundings? Where does the righteousness in God take place? Is it the church or the building? Maybe you’ve always thought it was a destination filled with tears saddened by years. To be a Child of God righteousness is what you become in Him nothing hidden seemingly your sin appears obvious allowing you ease to push it aside for Truth where the “Lamb of God” guides your righteousness for His Purpose. The Disciples of John were curious where the Lamb of God was staying while we are curious how to keep Jesus constant in our lives.

They were looking for the Truth as much as you’re looking for the Truth today we simply have more flash and flair to deal with. Sin has become packaged like a Sunday treat while society has pushed righteousness solely on a preacher’s sermon on a Sunday morning. People ask why I do what I do and it’s because God calls us all to live in the riotousness of Him- free of sin by admission professing faith, hope and love of His forgiveness. To live Redeemed. In brevity, I declare His Truth valid to know peace. I seek only for His Name. What are you looking for? Is it faith, hope and love of charity’s call or has the devil made you his child’s stall? Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray to live a Your Child looking only for His Redemption. Constant prayers for TD. Novena prayers day nine for Paula Wilkinson. Novena prayers day six for James Moranda. Greg Bishop has our never-ending prayers. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. LORD from Psalm 111:10, I chant, “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; prudent are all who practice it. His praise endures forever.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
