Jesus Crucify priests of chief out cried
6 When the chief priests and the guards saw him they cried out, “Crucify him, crucify him!” Pilate said to them, “Take him yourselves and crucify him. I find no guilt in him.” 7 The Jews answered, “We have a law, and according to that law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.” 8 Now when Pilate heard this statement, he became even more afraid, 9 and went back into the praetorium and said to Jesus, “Where are you from?” Jesus did not answer him. 10 So Pilate said to him, “Do you not speak to me? Do you not know that I have power to release you and I have power to crucify you?” 11 Jesus answered [him], “You would have no power over me if it had not been given to you from above. For this reason the one who handed me over to you has the greater sin.” John 19:6-11
4 Even before a word is on my tongue, LORD, you know it all. 5 Behind and before you encircle me and rest your hand upon me. 6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, far too high for me to reach. Psalm 139:6-6
It is my belief that once you delve into the Word of God you can begin to understand what it means for him to have power to crucify even though he wasn’t allowed the opportunity to defend himself because God didn’t want his testimony to be different from his work of miracles created around his ability from the Foundation of the World. Pilot obviously was afraid similar to the way we feel about Christ unsure of ourselves I thoughts or abilities wanting to administer a walk that combines the world with the feeling that it is our it due to gain what we want over what God asks us to live.
We can argue within ourselves that God wants us to have the jewels of the world as we stomp on the ones who are less fortunate no matter the reason no matter their place until we find that understanding that God knows everything before it even reaches your tongue as he did when pilot handed him over to the Jews to be crucified for the sins of the world. There is no power over those who understand this redemption the knowledge is too overwhelming to understand and obviously way too high for any of us to reach yet God gives us the ability to practice love, faith and hope of True Charity in living and sharing Life Eternal by the confession of Christ as your LORD and Savior. Amen.

Gods Son himself made our law says he must die
Afraid more statement heard Pilate would abide
Pilate said to Jesus from where is your home divide
Answer me not said Pilate power mine to crucify
Above power given you nor others specified
Sin greater those handing over Jesus he identified
