Gospel of Mark Ch 8 v- 22 thru 26
22 When they arrived at Bethsaida, they brought to him a blind man and begged him to touch him. 23 He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. Putting spittle on his eyes he laid his hands on him and asked, “Do you see anything?” 24 Looking up he replied, “I see people looking like trees and walking.” 25 Then he laid hands on his eyes a second time and he saw clearly; his sight was restored and he could see everything distinctly. 26 Then he sent him home and said, “Do not even go into the village.”
What do you see around you? Can you see the lie of the world? The excess that seems to control us. A hoarder not caught at best. Showing off what we got stacked to twirl. I’m tasked with cleaning out my garage. I can’t see where I need to go. Everything seems like something I want to use at some point you know when I really need it. The it is the blindness we find in life. We want to see but be blind to the world’s plight. Jesus can help even this situation. I look at my garage with complete anticipation of getting rid of things I’ll never use or need. No matter the calling each one will have a new home indeed. That’s the call of Jesus using what you have to help another. One reason why we like our local Care Center to donate our excess and druthers. What we give helps others through times of constraint by a government filled with excess and hate. They want to say everything is simply ok but the cost of life has gotten out-of-control as we see our funds deplete quicker than norm and pray. So, let us not go blind in our right to keep a plenty of junk in plain sight and give to help another as our one and only Light. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty we pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. Day 4 We pray for our niece Brittany who is a mother of four and 33 years old who has brain cancer stage three. We pray for Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

**Is there anything you see without lies**
Bethsaida arrived them all
Man blind brought to Jesus
Him touch he begged his call
Village end Jesus led him to free us
Hand Jesus spit wiping man blind eyes
Hands His laid upon to confide
Is there anything you see without lies
Replying looking people as trees that can’t hide
Time second Jesus hands laid
Cleary see now restored his sight
Distinctly everything see could he as Jesus bade
Home go not village for a quiet night
