Deuteronomy 10:12-22, Psalm 147 & Matthew 17:22-27

Jesus set a standard for all Disciples to pay their fair share without offending anyone or any authority. I see this as the explanation for not being treated as someone different in the world for in charity’s cause not a single soul can be excluded or forgot. Jesus was teaching that all people regardless of appearance, attitudes or authority is afforded the Truth God brought to the world in Christ’s Salvation. Jesus frequented the sinners of the world to prove the shameful and shabby need faith, hope and love more than the average God-fearing people for as Jesus admits, “For even the Son of Man did not come to the world to be served but to serve.” Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray to never exclude but include even the worst sinners of the world. Novena prayers day eight for Adrian with meningitis. Novena prayers day nine for Eric S. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has our constant prayers. LORD from Psalm 59:18, I chant- “My strength, Your praise I will sing; You, God, are my fortress, my loving God.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

The Salvation of Christ we sing

We serve the least and lonely
Christ obviously agrees

Allow forgiveness for humanity

Forgiveness is anyone’s for the taking
Not given just to kings
The poor and lowly are afforded
The Salvation of Christ we sing
