I once sowed hate now I preach the faith.

The one who once was persecuting us is now preaching the faith he once tried to destroy. So they glorified God because of me. Galatians 1:23-24

Galatians 1:13-24, Psalm 139 & Luke 10:38-42

Do you ever feel you once were trying to destroy the faith you now embrace with patience, persistence and passion? Many of us surely tried to destroy the temple of God’s own design by our indulgence in selfish acts of sin and flesh. I find such comfort in reading nightly prayers with my wife and going to bed at a normal time versus sitting in a club and staying up half the night as many of us used to do before surrendering our life to Christ.

It’s what we do with our passion of loving God is where we find true happiness in this life. We find it in our service to God’s Divine Plan for your life indulging in practice, prayer and preaching the faith we once tried to destroy. Our lives are much like that of Paul seeking not our own will once He captured our mind, body and soul to live for His Will. Amen.

Let us pray: Dear God, we pray today we live to share the faith without hesitation or hurt. We pray for Venezuela. We pray for the people we meet who ask us to pray for them. We pray for the friends of life who touch us in very special ways who we said we’d pray for. We pray for the world’s peace, the sick and dying, the homeless and hungry and for the babies dying without cause. We pray in Christ’s Risen Name indeed. Amen.

For in Christ His Salvation will always Reign– Galatians 1:13-24

Many have heard

My former life absurd

Persecution of the faith

My life gone to waste

Then God called me home

To preach the faith unknown

Gathering wisdom from grace

The LORD’s Will in my face

I studied God’s Truth

His Disciples my guide as proof

The former one of persecution has changed

Now preaching the faith above all disdain

For in Christ His Salvation will always Reign
