Then you will again distinguish between the just and the wicked, Between the person who serves God, and the one who does not. Malachi 3:18

If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the Father in Heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?” Luke 11:13

Malachi 3:13-20, Psalm 1 & Luke 11:5-13

We often wonder if God will continue to allow such travesty to happen in the world such as abortion, excess and filth. We look around us and see babies thrown away like a fast food restaurants wrapper from a drive thru while others seek pleasures outside their contracted commitment displeasing God’s expectations of those who abide in His Way. Too many times I hear and witness people wanting it both ways when it comes to serving our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.

Yes, we want to think people who live sinful will have sinful consequences while the excess grows and grows to a point of consuming the majority. We must hold fast in prayer for our humanity to make the right choices until God comes and wipes the world clean. Some of us might wonder why God hasn’t done this yet giving us a Noah to build and Ark or a Superman to spin the world right again. God gives us all the free will to have nice if only we’d live nice we’d feel the Holy Spirit more and more. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray to ask less and give more. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. We pray for Greg Bishop. LORD from Psalm 26:2-3, I chant, “Examine me, LORD, and test me; search my heart and mind. Your mercy is before my eyes; I walk guided by Your faithfulness.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

I am surrendered in Christ,

Him ask Spirit Holy You Adore- Luke 11:5-13

Examples in stories
Jesus showed us the Way
Telling His Disciples not waiver
Persisting in the Truth to obey

Maybe a friend comes late
Midnight asking for food
An out-of-town friend arrives
Obviously your asleep not in the mood

Announcing you are asleep
Locked is the door where he stood
Children’s bed is not making a peep
Friendship not withstood

Politely or not the asking
Wicked or not to store
God gives the persistent
Needs of whatever they adore

Yes persistence awakens the mind
Moves even hearts of stone to roll
God tells find will you see
The needs of the door that is closed

Find will you seek
Receive asks who
Opened door knock
Gifts good to pursue

The Father gives more who ask
Even the wicked know how to implore
Spirit Holy given without a mask
Him ask Spirit Holy You Adore
