Help from God the Works the Cross Preferred

The LORD GOD is my help, therefore I am not disgraced. Isaiah 50:7

What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? So also faith of itself, if it does not have works, is dead. Isaiah 50: 14, 17

Whoever wishes to come after Me must deny himself, take up his Cross, and follow Me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and that of the Gospel will save it. Mark 8:34-35

Isaiah 50:4-9, Psalm 114, James 2:14-18 & Mark 8:27-35

I lavish the sound of rain pounding on my roof as the tears of God nourish His people with the True Works of God’s Divine Plan for Humanity. Water is works as tears are nourishment to the very being of every human being. Shedding tears will help us work through any problem we may feel in happiness and despair allowing us to wash away our hurts and celebrate our love of God’s Spirit resonating in the bumps across our arms.

When you accept the LORD as your help, He can sustain you in every instance wiping any and all disgrace away from your heart and soul. “But I did… How can He forgive me for that?” The forgiveness you must embrace is the Works of Christ in Salvation by a Cross we must see as evil and good. The cross was a sign of evil smothering the very breath of countless souls for mindless acts of debauchery, murder and theft. We can see and kiss the Cross of Life as the ONLY sign of our Salvation for it is here we must lay our burdens, bothers and blunders being not disgraced but rejoiceful in His Truth.

His Cross is heavy yet seemingly light not disgraceful but righteous at Its sight lifting humanity to discover sinless living for His Purpose by His Might. We must deny ourselves the feelings of disgrace aligning ourselves with the feeling of works felt across our backs, our hands and our minds to know the pleasure of exertions from the Gospel and Christ Himself.

We shed our skin of the snake in the grass we used to be and no one can take this away from you or disgrace you by holding on to the shedding’s of filth.  Let the old skin rot in the minds of anyone you’ve befriended by the solemn humble forgiveness you request and live by. We must remember God wants us to forgive others as well as ourselves.

It is to live and to learn. It is knowing the help of God living detached of disgrace willing the works He commands by the faith we lift high on our own Cross of Salvation. In brevity I share how “the LORD God is my help” for His Works are in me as His Cross is embedded in my name. Live His help. Love His works. Carry His Cross. Be soothed. Be serving. Be sorrowful. Amen.

Let us pray: Dear Creator of All, we pray today to pick up our Cross and carry it in the works we live by for the grace You bestow on us. We pray for a small community in Christ I’m visiting today. May my words be Your words LORD. Make my feet Your Feet. We pray for the world’s faiths to be respectful of each other’s opinions in film, literary and spoken environments. We pray for the unrest LORD You see from heaven across our great world. We are thankful LORD in practice, prayer and preaching. Jesus Christ is Risen! We pray in His Precious Name indeed. Amen.

How is God your help heard?

Do you yell for His Word?

How do your prayers get heard?

Do you have works in proclaiming His Word?

Faith must have works procured

Without salt the meat isn’t cured

Faith in works allows you to endure

Without salt you are dead to the world

Will you follow He Who murmured?

Your Cross must be earnestly captured

Will you follow He by life lost endured?

Your Cross is the Gospel insured
