==========
Much time had now passed and sailing had become hazardous because the time of the fast had already gone by, so Paul warned them, “Men, I can see that this voyage will result in severe damage and heavy loss not only to the cargo and the ship, but also to our lives.” The centurion, however, paid more attention to the pilot and to the owner of the ship than to what Paul said. Acts 27:9-11
He takes no delight in the strength of horses, no pleasure in the runner’s stride. Rather the LORD takes pleasure in those who fear him, those who put their hope in his mercy. Psalm 147:10-11
On coming up out of the water he saw the heavens being torn open and the Spirit, like a dove, descending upon Him. And a voice came from the heavens, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.” Mark 1:10-11
Acts 27:9-11, Psalm 147 & Mark 1:10-11
Chapter 27 of Acts continues on a rough boat ride making their way to Rome as Paul begins to tell them to remain strong and to abide by his Divine notion of the weathers roughness and seriousness of disaster. Many times our lives are like this we go around and about without a rudder sailing hazardly as we don’t understand or recognize us something that will change our lives forever. Mostly we see this in people of self those who want more for what’s good for them unlike Paul who wanted all to find and know health, happiness and honor by Jesus’ Salvation.
God could care less how strong you are or how weak you are only in that you confess his son as the Messiah. When we do this we put our life into perspective by taking on the pleasure of redemption. This pleasure is unlike anything you’ll ever feel and will certainly provide you with more opportunities that allows the spirit to guide you in every aspect of your life. Seek out those who look for Christ as their Guide granting forgiveness. Where are your forgiveness on your sleeve and be ready except the task that God sets before you just as he did Paul. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. Lord, I am sorry. Please forgive us as we forgive others. Please be with us always. We will try to live mercy as the Works of You. We pray for each other for our warriors risking life for liberty, our leaders who guide us faithfully and for family or friends sick or troubled alone and afraid. We pray for all intentions in the silence of your own heart. Prayers for G Labelle. Closerwalkmedia.com. IN Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
