Groaned up looking to Heaven
Gospel of Mark Ch 7 v- 31 thru 37
31Again he left the district of Tyre and went by way of Sidon to the Sea of Galilee, into the district of the Decapolis. 32 And people brought to him a deaf man who had a speech impediment and begged him to lay his hand on him. 33 He took him off by himself away from the crowd. He put his finger into the man’s ears and, spitting, touched his tongue; 34 then he looked up to heaven and groaned, and said to him, “Ephphatha!” (that is, “Be opened!”) 35 And [immediately] the man’s ears were opened, his speech impediment was removed, and he spoke plainly. 36 He ordered them not to tell anyone. But the more he ordered them not to, the more they proclaimed it. 37 They were exceedingly astonished and they said, “He has done all things well. He makes the deaf hear and [the] mute speak.”
Do you believe in modern science? Do you believe Jesus can heal? Can you accept the outcome of natural life? Then you see the Will of God as real. I too would be exceedingly astonished finding the deaf man speaking and the blind man describing life’s love. Our trust in Jesus overcomes the worries of plight even in the midst of knowing who’s wrong and who is right. It is the fight we place in action that disrespects our Lord. We want to be foolish and talk trash swinging fists as something natural we don’t abhor. Jesus will heal you of this nastiness and gore bringing civility to your absolute core. You see, Jesus wants you to taste love as the faith you implore knowing hope will become complete through each and every door. Sometimes the door might be locked there are others to enter each floor. You just seek and ask in His Name and all of this will be so yet remember to practice, pray and proclaim what others need to know. Redemption by His forgiveness should lead the way as you show a soul of mercy God ordained to help others grow. This can be you just by asking for Jesus to make it so. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty we pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. We pray for Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

**Groaned up looking to Heaven**
Decapolis district Galilee Sea Sidon way Tyre district
Impediment speech plagued man deaf Jesus brought
Jesus begged hands lay on him to fix it
Crowd He pulled away man to accomplish what many though not
Ears of man Jesus finger went
Tongue his touched spitting
Groaned up looking to Heaven sent
Ephphatha Jesus said meaning open be fitting
Opened ear of man immediately grasped
Removed was impediment of speech
Man plainly speaking quiet remain Jesus asked
Proclaiming became more even though ordered not to preach
Astonished exceedingly were they
Well all things He’s done each day
Hear the deaf experience they say
Speak the mute learning how to pray
