THE GOSPEL OF LUKE CHAPTER 1 ONE THRU FOUR
1 Since many have undertaken to compile a narrative of the events that have been fulfilled among us, 2 just as those who were eyewitnesses from the beginning and ministers of the word have handed them down to us, 3 I too have decided, after investigating everything accurately anew, to write it down in an orderly sequence for you, most excellent Theophilus, 4 so that you may realize the certainty of the teachings you have received.
When life is led and done for you for way too long, you can sense like Luke the desire to give an eyewitness account from the very beginning instilling in others thoughts of positive prayer for the folks whose reactions can not be more polite than your approaching. In fact life needs to be taught and practiced learning how to survive in our own fashion by the rules, renunciation and reconciliation of all things to give even when it seems not to make a difference or maybe too intimidating when one may offend your very personal space that follow the rules of Society not a Syndication.
We are trying as hard as we can to instill a sense of well-being to anyone around us where laughter is a desire to do more than just ridicule others needs or beliefs. I’m knocking on your heart today and asking to enjoy a world of faith unafraid to share when asked about Jesus unafraid to experience Christ change where Jesus sits on the soul of every human constantly living and dying for themselves and not by the beauty of helping others as he does for humanity instilling calm, courtesy and courage.
I had to experience this yesterday in a local hardware store. I won’t mention names but I do love the color orange as a Florida Gator feeling disrespected as I learn to turn another cheek. My initial reaction to another man stranger flicking his foot against my dog’s head as I witnessed this asking him, “Watch your strength in pushing away my dog.” and then telling me in no certain “F” words that dog should not be here. My reaction was nose to nose, “YOU kick my dog you’re kicking me!”
I began feeling an anger inside me realizing more concern was channeling to my Cielo picking her 10 pound body up and walking out without buying anything to divert my anger, my loud voice and my wordy ugliness by walking to the truck and remaining calm in Christ yet frustrated in bombs spewed by us both in American French labeled as an “F.” I call out to all of us today those who are sick those who are in need of visitation please pick up somebody that you can go visit who never had anyone in their lives because they kept pushing people away. We might not understand why Jesus tells us that turning away is better than hitting until two people walk away from an anger unrewarding yet announced in defense of the needy, the lonely and the hurt. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and Rose for me. Prayer intentions. IN Jesus Name. Amen. Precious Blood
