God’s Kingdom is this
Gospel of Mark Ch 4 v- 26 thru 29
26 (Jesus) said, “This is how it is with the kingdom of God; it is as if a man were to scatter seed on the land 27 and would sleep and rise night and day and the seed would sprout and grow, he knows not how. 28 Of its own accord the land yields fruit, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. 29 And when the grain is ripe, he wields the sickle at once, for the harvest has come.”
The Kingdom God has established on earth goes through different cycles of life where Jesus explains this process in the seed’s parable depicting the growth of land through tilling then scattering the seed as we watch not knowing how it grows while we work then sleep then rise each day finding the sprouting seeds in growth by the land’s own accord something many might say is the Providence of God in Christ but expressed by Jesus as God’s Kingdom. Amen. Then man watches the yielding fruit from tilling and removing weeds the ear appears “then the full grain in the ear.” The process of natural order seems to be expressed for we wait until “the grain is ripe” wielding the sickle at once embracing the harvest as the thanksgiving for God’s Kingdom remains in place by a daily supplication of His Will to be done in all situations living Redeemed. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty we pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos the men in blue especially a prayer for Howard Richmond and Michael Olivetti. We pray for Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

God’s Kingdom is this said Jesus who told
Seed scattered by man by what he knows
Day rise and night sleep sprouting seed grows
How not knowing he learns as he goes
Fruit yielding land accord own
Blade first to till land known
Ear comes next before grain full shown
Once ripe is grain sickle wields coming harvest grown
