Universal Utterings for 1-17-2014

The LORD said: Listen to whatever the people say. You are not the one they are rejecting. They are rejecting Me as their king. First Samuel 8:7

First Samuel 8:4-7, 10-22, Psalm 124 & Mark 2:1-12

God has been rejected over-and-over again creating judgment none of us can escape or ignore for once God has His Way with the antics of humanity He’ll place you where He wants you for all Eternity. We can’t escape it and we want to think we can ignore it in the free will He has given us since the beginning of time. It seems many us can be seduced away from the King of Truth because many are ignorant to the Truth that is silent in the midst of His Word.

In the depths of your thoughts so silent resides the presence of God giving off faith, hope and love we may not see but can feel we think we cannot touch it yet touch the soothing admission of Him in everything we find pleasure in. Here, the intimacy God is can be rejected or embraced celebrated or ignored in the self will we know in Truth giving us His Will of Redemption. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray to celebrate You as King never rejecting Your Truth but abiding in Your love. Novena prayers day five for Tampa Emmaus. God as their King is the choice they waste– First Samuel 8:4-22

One body came to ask
Elders of the city’s past
Israel seems to have lapsed
Old now is your son’s grasp

To live without your example
King do appoint to keep us ample
Displeased Samuel asked the LORD to sample
The grumblings of them of want to ramble

Rejecting you said the LORD is not the case
God as their King is the choice they waste
Delivering the message in full what he the LORD had to say
Kings rights will rule your unbeknownst haste

You will see the tithe of his work
Complain you may abusing your quirk
Slaves again you won’t be able to skirt
So not they refused Samuel’s alert
