Ghost walking on water
Gospel of Mark Ch 6 v- 45 thru 52
45 Then he made his disciples get into the boat and precede him to the other side toward Bethsaida, while he dismissed the crowd. 46 And when he had taken leave of them, he went off to the mountain to pray. 47 When it was evening, the boat was far out on the sea and he was alone on shore. 48 Then he saw that they were tossed about while rowing, for the wind was against them. About the fourth watch of the night, he came toward them walking on the sea. He meant to pass by them. 49 But when they saw him walking on the sea, they thought it was a ghost and cried out. 50 They had all seen him and were terrified. But at once he spoke with them, “Take courage, it is I, do not be afraid!” 51 He got into the boat with them and the wind died down. They were [completely] astounded. 52 They had not understood the incident of the loaves. On the contrary, their hearts were hardened.
Mark records that Jesus “meant to pass by them.” Was He hoping they’d see Him and believe overcoming fright to understand that miracles are their right. Jesus knew their hearts and knew that they were hardened not able to understand how Jesus could truly multiply all the loaves. When we learn to surrender every aspect of our lives to living God First, we come to understand that miracles are the way of life to those who see Jesus as their one and only Messiah knowing Redemption firsthand to accomplish His mercy. Here, we embrace love, faith and hope to live free from sin wrapped in His light to be a constant beacon of hope for those who struggle with hardened hearts. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty we pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. We pray for Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

**Ghost walking on water**
Jesus ordered disciples into a boat
Bethsaida journeying towards without doubt
Crowd dismissed by Jesus loud
Praying in the mountain discussing His clout
Evening came boat out to sea
Shore welcomed Him like a stone
Witnessing rowing in the tossing wind did He
Night watch fourth sea walking Jesus alone
Them pass He meant to free
Their faith by what they would see
Ghost walking on water they’d all agree
Terrified each one saying how could this be
Courage take it’s I afraid be not Jesus did say
Boat He got in as the wind did die
Astounded completely the disciples did pray
Incident of the loaves hardened their hearts contrary that day
