2ND CORINTHIANS CHAPTER 8 ONE THRU SIX
1 We want you to know, brothers, of the grace of God that has been given to the churches of Macedonia, 2 for in a severe test of affliction, the abundance of their joy and their profound poverty overflowed in a wealth of generosity on their part. 3 For according to their means, I can testify, and beyond their means, spontaneously, 4 they begged us insistently for the favor of taking part in the service to the holy ones, 5 and this, not as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and to us through the Will of God, 6 so that we urged Titus that, as he had already begun, he should also complete for you this gracious act also.
I’m sure we go had friends who begged us for something in the past usually something we own of course or our assistance in one matter or another to grasp. A lot of times it comes from the need to satisfy addictions as I recall my path always asking friends for money saying it was for gas when all that remained was me in the bushes laying on rocks that were ash. It was this time of year when I first became homeless. My fear of being known made cocaine my best friend unknown seeking death quietly driven by forced past trauma that had driven me to hang from a rope where God’s Holy Will snapped the railing I was tied to. I was tired of running was ready to die. I couldn’t tell anybody didn’t want anyone to pry.
The begging for cash didn’t have any restrictions. You see them on the corner today with signs while I learned then some years ago to canvas gas stations asking complete strangers to help a guy out with a dollar until I learned to ask for anything not putting a limit or an amount on my running from fear. Until one clear late evening the night began to shine I thought I was in a dream though I just felt something divine. I was radiating the beauty Christ in an angel named Sarah who stayed to help me overcome the addiction of death in a place wielding intimacy no matter the sex. You see today is the day of coming out just a little bit to know that I suffer from demons who once choked me until passing out if you must know. Just a small amount of how his holy will rescued me by the simple confession I do daily uttering universally Christ is your only Salvation king. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and Rose for me. Prayer intentions. IN Jesus Name. Amen.

Spontaneously means beyond favor of God drew near
Ones Holy served insistently begged to join
Expected not themselves given to God First
His Will guaranteed in Christ you must enjoin
Titus urged and begun act gracious completely immersed
