Wigs Word of God Today 9-12-2013

Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another and forgiving one another, if one has a grievance against another; as the LORD has forgiven you, so must you also do. And over all these put on love, that is, the bond of perfection. And let the peace of Christ control your hearts, the peace into which you were also called in one body. And be thankful. Colossians 3:12-15

Colossians 3:12-17, Psalm 150 & Luke 6:27-38

The love and humility of Christ drives me to arise each day before the crack of dawn to bear patience and forgiveness searching God’s Word in methodical love expressing poetic responses praying above all to be thankful. I am thankful for every moment God instills in my existence to love with heartfelt compassion sharing kindness and humility with the less fortunate than I embellishing gentleness holding another in a prayerful hug. Here, I put aside all grievances with anyone to combine Christ’s peace in hope I can bear His Will in everything I do. To teach and evangelize by thoughts, actions and deeds the Redemption that makes my life feel like poetry when I write, wonder and work. Ah, to live forgiven as He has forgiven us living His poetry of Truth. Amen.

We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray Your gentleness affects our life with peace to practice, pray and preach. Novena prayers day nine for Nadege Robergeau in Haiti. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has our constant prayers. LORD from Psalm 77:14-15, 20, I chant- “Your Way, God, is holy; what god is as great as our God? You are the God who does wonders; among the peoples You have revealed Your might. Through the sea was Your Way; Your path, through the mighty waters,
though Your footsteps were unseen.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.

Reminding the Colossians
On to put the peace
Ones Holy chosen beloved
Compassion heartfelt in Christ’s release

Patience shows humility
Kindness we all agree
Another bearing the differences
Forgiving every single disease

The sickness of jealousness
The spite we live in life
Must be forgiven in righteousness
Love put on in Christ’s Light

Hearts controlled by peace
Jesus taught us the Way
Body of One called
Rich is Christ’s Word to pray

Embrace each other in patient wisdom
Psalms and hymns singing your praise
Hearts of gratitude in Word and deed rejoicing
Thanks to the Father for the Name of Jesus that Repays
