Letter to the Hebrews Three v- 13 thru 19

13 Encourage yourselves daily while it is still “today,” so that none of you may grow hardened by the deceit of sin. 14 We have become partners of Christ if only we hold the beginning of the reality firm until the end, 15 for it is said: “Oh, that today you would hear his voice: ‘Harden not your hearts as at the rebellion.’” 16 Who were those who rebelled when they heard? Was it not all those who came out of Egypt under Moses? 17 With whom was he “provoked for forty years”? Was it not those who had sinned, whose corpses fell in the desert? 18 And to whom did he “swear that they should not enter into his rest,” if not to those who were disobedient? 19 And we see that they could not enter for lack of faith.

Sin’s deceit will harden your hearts making it even more difficult to come out of the sinful shell we all walk in until one day we realize God can direct this moral conscience to overcome all thoughts of living evil be placing God First in every decision. Amen. The Catechist reminds us today that evil lurks in every location known to man; your home, your workplace and your freedom unless you rebuke Satan in every aspect calling on Christ to heal the ills you feel that are necessary to reek havoc on someone or something else unless you call what God has inscribed on every heart; The Divine good.

The Catechist in Paragraph number 1776 offers an explanation of how your deep conscience works explaining that “deep within his conscience man discovers a law which he has not laid upon himself but which he must obey. Its voice, ever calling him to love and to do what is good and to avoid evil, sounds in his heart at the right moment. . . . For man has in his heart a law inscribed by God. . . . His conscience is man’s most secret core and his sanctuary. There he is alone with God whose voice echoes in his depths.” Amen.

Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day. Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others. Holy Spirit and St Joseph CC & Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Today still daily yourselves encourage

Sin’s deceit not hardened you none

End to beginning firmly hold as Christ partners

Voice His heard today hearts harden rebellion shun

At hearing voice His

Hearts hardened who

Moses clan from Egypt

Years forty they provoked God true

Sinned all who complained

Desert falling corpses reign

Rest His enter not God ordained
