THE GOSPEL OF LUKE CHAPTER 3 ONE THRU SIX

7 He said to the crowds who came out to be baptized by him, “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? 8 Produce good fruits as evidence of your repentance; and do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father,’ for I tell you, God can raise up children to Abraham from these stones. 9 Even now the ax lies at the root of the trees. Therefore, every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.”
10 And the crowds asked him, “What then should we do?” 11 He said to them in reply, “Whoever has two tunics should share with the person who has none. And whoever has food should do likewise.”

Free will allows us to live and to die instantaneously. John knew that repenting was more than taking a bath with a rubber ducky. I know John doesn’t have a rubber ducky before losing his head while in prison. John was calling them out explaining that fruits good come evidently from the smiles or developments of encouraging others to own not just their own home but their own garden and their own neighbor reflecting growth participating in every facet of life’s lingering. Yes, you live or die on your own accord yet we must blossom branches reaching for the sky finding moisture beneath where our roots will either grow strong or the sun will wither the trees posture without sustenance.

Then, what will happen is obvious to those who understand the circle of life. It seems weird to think that one day death will come to all of us as it has come to many a friend either naturally or by some crippling disease. History realizes only One from Life to Death to Life again. This my friends is Salvation dying for humanities sin taking the burden away from our souls anger of living for self. Once we realize the fire could consume us unless we hydrate and concentrate on a life of practice, we will find vapors delight instead of smokes smoldering suffocation. There’s more to a tree when it is cooked down brought to our knees unable to make a sound where ashes to ashes and dust to dust become fiber and timbers of an obedient repented being. Amen,

**Crowds vipers brood called firewood**

Coming crowds vipers brood called
Baptizing John yelling repentance
Wrath coming escape warned by who John bawled
Stones God can raise as Abrahams descendent

Fruits good repentance evident
Father Abraham descent doesn’t matter
Trees roots lays ax without prejudice
Firewood fruit good not produced batter

Do what then was the crowds chatter
John’s reply epic sharing love neighbor
Tunics two obtained let one to none scatter
Likewise food John insisted joyous labor
