Congress Walking Cruz-Wiggins Petition Drive walked through Palmetto Bay on Old Cutler Road discovering the Thalatta Estate which is a private seaside home turned into a special event location for parties and weddings and such by the town of Palmetto Bay. The Miami Herald wrote, ““Thalatta,” named by the Connett family, who built the estate in 1925, sits on more than three acres in an area once known as Cutler.
