Christ wise Christ fools
1 Corinthians, Chapter 4 10 thru 13
10 We are fools on Christ’s account, but you are wise in Christ; we are weak, but you are strong; you are held in honor, but we in disrepute. 11 To this very hour we go hungry and thirsty, we are poorly clad and roughly treated, we wander about homeless 12 and we toil, working with our own hands. When ridiculed, we bless; when persecuted, we endure; 13 when slandered, we respond gently. We have become like the world’s rubbish, the scum of all, to this very moment.
Perfection does not come in our bodies weak God will tell us not a word He will speak yet you can hear it across all types of listening elements appeased we find it hard to believe fools are wise and strong is weak we battle these gestures as something unique we find calm in calamity ridiculed and rushed taking no offense to slander and belittlement and such wallowing in rubbish scum was our lunch.
This is what Jesus asks us to do that we don’t understand like I was once homeless not what I wanted as each call has His own demand of you to pursue remember to bless when obliteration construes searching for a home we call heaven without abuse. Sometimes I feel this dirt against my skin sometimes I wear clothes I know I’ll giveaway with a grin. My super hero shirt a bag boy liked he wore the cool shirt comment later that night with a smile. We finish our groceries putting them in the car turning I hand him Batman sharing Jesus as my star. He smiles and walks away jaw dropped far. Remember being charitable sure is fun an added grace sharing the Son. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and Rose for me. Soul of my Father Earl Wiggins. IN Jesus Name. Amen.
