Letter to the Galatians Four v-27 thru 31
27 For it is written: “Rejoice, you barren one who bore no children; break forth and shout, you who were not in labor; for more numerous are the children of the deserted one than of her who has a husband.” 28 Now you, brothers, like Isaac, are children of the promise. 29 But just as then the child of the flesh persecuted the child of the spirit, it is the same now. 30 But what does the scripture say? “Drive out the slave woman and her son! For the son of the slave woman shall not share the inheritance with the son” of the freeborn. 31 Therefore, brothers, we are children not of the slave woman but of the freeborn woman.
There’s a feeling of rejoicing as we hear Paul speak returning to his roots to explain Salvation to the weak. We are freeborn not a slave to outnumber obeying laws no longer relevant demonstrating Salvation as what it is free. There is no cost no law chastising your surrender to living the will of God in all things. This my friends is where we learn by our practice pondering the Word of God with the Spirit so Holy you can hear His Direction in the silence of your own heart. You know how Paul felt after finding Jesus in a blinding Light yet maybe yours was something more intimate where the Spirit engulfed your heart or you began to explode in God bumps sending every hair follicle to its heights whispering freedom is yours there is no one else to blame no matter the feeling the same Jesus is free to both our needs to part this life as we know it giving His directions by examples of charity with a never-ending start to concede. Amen.
Please pray with me our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for our children especially Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. Prayers for dying. Silence for the prayers of others. Holy Spirit and St Joseph CC & Holy Mother Church. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Written it is one barren rejoice
Labor not children none in store
Shout more numerous your child’s noise
Husband’s account forgotten accord
Promise given to children of Isaac
Persecuting flesh Spirit child can’t ignore
Now same oppression remains Spirit of any child
Say Scripture child of a slave share not the inheritance the freeborn bore
Brothers therefore Paul implored
We are not children of a slave next door
Woman freeborn our inheritance for sure
