Boast not what would Jesus do
1 Corinthians, Chapter 5 Six thru Eight
6 Your boasting is not appropriate. Do you not know that a little yeast leavens all the dough? 7 Clear out the old yeast, so that you may become a fresh batch of dough, inasmuch as you are unleavened. For our paschal lamb, Christ, has been sacrificed. 8 Therefore let us celebrate the feast, not with the old yeast, the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
We know the bragging scene is something the entire society lives for wanting accolades and trophies for this or for that literally unable to control the desire to be on the front page of any newspaper, the number one slot in every news program and number one with millions of people as a goal to accomplish life to its fullest even though we know not their spirit only desiring their appreciation to buy their show. I know, most if you really think that this is a bunch of bullshit smelling of those from miles yet we are still aching to know that they are coming for your heart. For some reason, we want to touch them we want to talk to them we want to slap them or take things from them but what we really want is to be is like them even though we know we have to maybe ourselves. The old yeast is filled your life growing you in as much as it could while Jesus reminds us to clean out our closets of old flour crawling with weevils unable to accomplish what he sets forth in all of us becoming leavened in truth living sincerely Redeemed. Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and Rose for me. Soul of my Father Earl Wiggins. IN Jesus Name. Amen.

Appropriate not boasting
Paul reminded them all
Dough leavened yeast little fizzing
Yeast old throw dough batch fresh enthrall
Sacrifice done only in Christ
Lamb Paschal feast celebrated
Yeast old gone wickedness malice life
Truth sincerity bread unleavened stimulated
Yeast new boasts not what would Jesus do
Heart living Him abides all humanity His due
Ugliness and anger isn’t bread you can chew
Heartfelt reality we all need Christ anew
