Bethlehem boys massacre ordered
Gospel of Matthew Ch 2 v- 16 thru 18
16 When Herod realized that he had been deceived by the magi, he became furious. He ordered the massacre of all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity two years old and under, in accordance with the time he had ascertained from the magi. 17 Then was fulfilled what had been said through Jeremiah the prophet: 18 “A voice was heard in Ramah, sobbing and loud lamentation; Rachel weeping for her children, and she would not be consoled, since they were no more.”
The Prophet Jeremiah foretold the death of the innocents 600 years before it happened setting the tone of terror and unhappiness by the parents of the time. I can only imagine what it must have felt like to have an executioner come to the door and take any boy that was two years old and under and murder them on the spot forever tormenting the oppressed mothers and fathers of Bethlehem. The number of children killed is still debated to this day but the obvious fact remains that the death of any child no matter the age would be devastating to anyone who experienced it.
The death of a loved one can hurt immensely and it takes time to reenter the daily life of reality especially in today’s woke environment when children are forgoing forgiveness and letting parents remain inactive in their lives the death of their relationship can and will be hard for all people concerned especially the little ones and obviously those who make this decision to not forgive and punish the parent who has fought every demon possible created by a trauma that could not be controlled. To forgive will heal any past pain by living the Name of Jesus. The soreness will linger though the absence will ever be prayed for and allow the forgiveness to establish a grace that will heal all parties and establish peace. It’s hard to believe life is led in any joy after this death occurs. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Silence for the prayers of others dealing with the war in Ukraine. In the Holy Spirit we pray our brothers in Kairos especially a prayer for our men in blue. We pray for our niece Brittany who is a mother of four and 33 years old who has brain cancer stage four cancer free. We pray for Holy Mother Church. We pray for our Holy Mother. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Prophet Jerimiah’s foretelling remembered
Ramah heard lamentations and sobbing shame
Children hers of Rachel dismembered
Boys all gone consoled not was their fame
