Benefit some given Spirit
1 Corinth Chapter 12 07 thru 11
7 To each individual the manifestation of the Spirit is given for some benefit. 8 To one is given through the Spirit the expression of wisdom; to another the expression of knowledge according to the same Spirit; 9 to another faith by the same Spirit; to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit; 10 to another mighty deeds; to another prophecy; to another discernment of spirits; to another varieties of tongues; to another interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Spirit produces all of these, distributing them individually to each person as he wishes.
There comes a time in everyone’s life where we must step back and just take in what we were trying to do in living for God first. For so many decisions and we’ll try to make it so hard on yourself but if we just opened our souls to a better ceiling peace recognizing we will never be able to understand the mystery until we take the time to manifest the spirit.
We will all find different expressions of the Spirit that connect like a huge live oak tree growing and withstanding any drastic push by wind instilling sustainability discerning wisdom received only by practice, prayer and proclamation of expressing each limb’s need given by the Spirit of God making good by the shade created as much as the sweeping needs of others first formulating sturdiness by the roots of heaven. Amen.These last 10 years have been such a beautiful experience for me and God revealed on my heart the need to rest and seek sabbatical to soothe a hurting soul where He has directed me to set aside worry thinking only of others and the need to be humble in all circumstances of life. Believe me I fall short in this many many times as I continue to share what God has given us in Christ; Life Eternal; Salvation; Redemption of the sin we think God cannot excuse. I pray for each and every one of you. Please pray for me.
When we can find the ability to go out and seek those less fortunate than us not by the good feeling we all receive when live this charity let’s by a desire to earnestly effect any living being young or old around you. God first is more than just a slogan to me and my wife it is the very nature of Christ himself asking not what he can do for you but what he can do for others through you.
Yesterday I was talking to a homeless man in front of a Salvation Army. I was carrying some pants to donate when I asked him if he would like a clean pair. “Thank you,” he replied looking through the trousers. We sat down on the bench and chatted finding his exact size with a grin. “Thirty One by Thirty One,” he said “Rare. Thank you God.” I asked him, “Let’s get you a clean shirt as well.” He replied, “I can do that. They’re only fifty cents on Saturdays. Do you need some money to help get you a new shirt?” Holding out a couple of dollars. Smiling in a tear of humility I replied, “No sir. You help yourself as God leads you too to others in need.” Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and Rose for me. Soul of my Father Earl Wiggins. Help those in need Lord especially the victims of all hurricanes. IN Jesus Name. Amen.
