Anxiety free Lord agreed
1 Corinthians, Chapter 7 32 thru 35
32 I should like you to be free of anxieties. An unmarried man is anxious about the things of the Lord, how he may please the Lord.33But a married man is anxious about the things of the world, how he may please his wife,k34and he is divided. An unmarried woman or a virgin is anxious about the things of the Lord, so that she may be holy in both body and spirit. A married woman, on the other hand, is anxious about the things of the world, how she may please her husband.l35I am telling you this for your own benefit, not to impose a restraint upon you, but for the sake of propriety and adherence to the Lord without distraction.
Living out our life in peace as Christ is the practice Paul signifies that allows our anxieties to been surrendered to the one and only Savior as the repetition of sharing Salvation. Paul was trying to take the nervousness or the worry away from the married man establishing more focus for the unmarried man that today seems to be a distant memory of right over wrong in the act of judgment.
The old world was full of restraint but now we see the New World let go of restrictions and inflict moral concerns that will have far-reaching consequences into the future of a world that has been deemed digital. We my friends have a task of continuing to be the forefront of sharing the gospel. I’m afraid some seem to think that means being a Jesus freak full of noise or fanfare but in reality God First is a lifestyle living in practice, prayer and proclamation of the charity that allows you to live life eternal. Here is Christ’s peace to practice, pray and proclaim His love to others in need worrying less about you and more about the need of others in humility not greed forgiven and freed. Amen.
