Your Walk to Emmaus will release your fear by the freedom the finality of Truth.
Peter said, “I have neither silver nor gold, but what I do have I give you: in the Name of Jesus Christ the Nazorean, [rise and] walk.” Acts 3:6
And He said to them, “Oh, how foolish you are! How slow of heart to believe all that the prophets spoke! Was it not necessary that the Messiah should suffer these things and enter into His glory?” Then beginning with Moses and all the prophets, He interpreted to them what referred to Him in all the Scriptures. Luke 24:25-27
Acts 3:1-10, Psalm 105 & Luke 24:13-35
The Road to Emmaus seems quiet to me lost amongst the countryside of Jerusalem captivating the heart with hope of Resurrection’s Truth. It’s not lined with gold or silver but the freshness of nature leaving one eager to share the Legitimacy of faith, hope and love of Christ’s Core of Charity. The Walk to Emmaus is the Teacher’s stroll with His students amongst the setting of fear, freedom and finality that eases the stress of not knowing what to do or how to handle the future by displaying allegiance to the surrender of Christ’s Redemption. These men were fearful for their lives just as we are amongst the ravenous wolves of secular’s desire for flesh, pride and greed.
We are asked over-and-over again by the conscious that beats in humanity’s heart why its enticing colors of flash and flair dominate our soul’s desires without any solution being adhered to God’s Truth? We are captivated by the freedom of Salvation yet lured to the excess of fleshes dominance in our surroundings of filth. The Disciples discovered His freedom when they recognized Him by Himthe fire in their heart illuminating His Face of Salvation. What a glorious gift they received from Author of life allowing humanity absolute attestation to His appearance after His Resurrection.
The finality of what seemed to happen in Christ’s death became the awakening each Disciple took to fuel their run back to find “at once” the men gathered in the Upper Room still trembling with vulnerability. Your Walk to Emmaus will release your fear by the freedom the finality of Truth awakens in your soul. Be not slow of heart to believe but practice, pray and preach to conceive. Amen.
We ask in prayer: Dear LORD, we pray today to not be slow of heart to believe all the Prophets said of Your Son Christ Jesus. Praying for Kairos. Prayers for Dr. Cruz-Peluca. Greg Bishop has constant prayers. Day seven of a Novena for Peter John and his wife Joy to find work and trust God will work His grace in their life. LORD from Psalm 148:13 I chant; ” Let them all praise the LORD’s Name, for His Name alone is exalted, His majesty above earth and heaven.” In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
I am yours in Christ,

Romans 8:28
Jesus Christ is Risen He is Risen Indeed– Luke 24:13-35
First day after the Messiah’s unbearable death
Residents walked north, south, east and west
Two Disciples walked downcast to their nest
In Emmaus seven miles from Jerusalem’s best
Conversing and debating the events
Jesus Himself came along in an instant
Recognizing not the Christ they missed It
The Teaching that made us sinless
Jesus searched their souls in discussion
Stopping the two looked with submission
Cleopas asking where was His condition
Taking place amongst the Jews fruition
How Jesus the Nazorean had to die
Making the people wale outside
Each in the tears of humanity’s cry
The Pharisees insisted on living a lie
He was mighty they said in Word and Deed
Nothing compared to His Truth to concede
Love and Healing came from His Blood to bleed
The death of sin in mankind’s obnoxious need
Crucified the hope we had to believe
He would redeem Israel to conceive
The Third Day brought vision’s need
Women found the tomb empty indeed
His Body is gone but Angels announced
Christ was alive your spirits will pounce
On His Salvation declared sin denounced
Foolish hearts He said each and every ounce
Explaining the suffering was necessary
To enter the beauty of His glory
Each Prophet was then explained in story
Beginning with Moses filled with amore
For God and His Commandments fixture
Written by His Father in Sacred Scripture
Allowing insight of His majesty’s nature
Forgiveness of sins filled Divine paper
Emmaus they arrived as the day was over
Seven miles of talking to God’s Anointed
Inviting Him in without appointment
Agreeing breaking the bread gave their eyes ointment
The blessing He said cleared their fear
His broken body finally appeared
Recognizing Him in their tears
Vanishing from their sight hearts afire sneer
They felt the burning of their hearts need
The sin relieved from living in the darkness greed
Returning to Jerusalem to relay their journey’s deed
Recounting the Emmaus Road from the varying degree
Jesus Christ is Risen He is Risen Indeed
