led podcast reflecting our life in Christ poetically translated from Scripture
one line at a time.
36 While they
were still speaking about this, he stood in
their midst and said to them, “Peace be with you.”37 But they
were startled and terrified and thought that they were seeing a ghost.38 Then he said to them, “Why are you troubled? And why do
questions arise in your hearts? 39 Look at my hands and my feet, that it is I myself. Touch me
and see, because a ghost does not have flesh and bones as you can see I have.” 40 And as he said this, he showed them his hands and his feet. 41 While they were still incredulous for joy and were amazed, he
asked them, “Have you anything here to eat?” 42 They gave him a piece of baked fish;43 he took it and ate it in front of them.
Have you ever been in a state of joy where you feel like you
just can’t control yourself? You know the feeling maybe you’ve experienced at a
football game or your child’s recital or maybe you felt the Spirit of God stand
in your midst as if you could reach out and touch him embracing you making
everything felt right. There is a fright team that seems to stand on the house when
we try to do things that are good. We might take ourselves to the next level
willing to speak on love affecting billions surely mankind on the stage of Him.
We might not feel frightened when we find rest in salvation.
Think about that for a few moments and reflect on the following thoughts. A man
came along bringing his girlfriend by his side to your home robbing and killing
your family. You are left alone seemingly by God and unable to cope until one
day forgiveness sets you free finding Christlike love in everything you want to
be. Then, thaik of the killers; runaway teens no more than 16 and 18-year-old
making a mistake with only one way to rest finding as all of us do resting in
the arms of Jesus and ask for his forgiveness to know the rest of redemption.
Amen.
Join us in our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord.
I believe You died and rose for me. Prayer intentions. Silence for the prayers
of others. In Jesus Name. Amen. Precious Blood
