The Gospel of Luke Chapter 21 V- 29 and 33

29 He taught them a lesson. “Consider the fig tree and all the other trees. 30 When their buds burst open, you see for yourselves and know that summer is now near; 31 in the same way, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near. 32 Amen, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have taken place. 33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.”

In Luke 21:29-33, Jesus shares a profound lesson about the signs of the times and the assurance of His promises. He uses the analogy of the fig tree, teaching that just as one can discern the approach of summer by observing its leaves, so too can we recognize the coming of God’s Kingdom by observing the signs around us. This passage invites us to reflect on the nature of God’s eternal truth and the reality of His Kingdom, which is ever-present for those who choose to surrender their lives to Him.

When we embrace the joy of Salvation, we open our hearts and minds to the transformative power of God’s Word. This surrender allows us to align our lives with His divine purpose, illuminating our minds, bodies, and souls. The realization that His words will never pass away provides us with an unwavering foundation in a world that is often uncertain. In a culture that frequently shifts, the eternal truths of Scripture remain steadfast, reminding us that our hope lies not in temporal circumstances but in the eternal promises of God.

As we delve deeper into His Word, we come to understand that the Kingdom of God is not a distant future reality; it is a present reality that flourishes within us. Our belief in His promises assures us that just as the heavens and earth will pass away, His words will endure forever. This understanding encourages us to live with purpose and joy, knowing that our faith leads us to eternal life. In surrendering to His will, we become vessels of His love and grace, reflecting the light of His Kingdom in a world in need. Amen.

Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. The Lord’s Prayer.

At the Savior’s command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to say:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen.

I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for our niece Brittany. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

**My Words Will Not Pass Away**

In the garden, the fig tree stands,

Leaves unfurl in gentle hands,

A sign of summer, warm and bright,

Whispers of truth in the fading light.

Jesus speaks, His voice so clear,

“Observe the signs—draw near, draw near!

When you see the leaves appear,

Know the Kingdom’s always here.”

Heaven and earth may fade away,

Yet His words forever stay,

Eternal truths that guide our way,

In every night and every day.

Surrender heart, and soul, and mind,

In His embrace, true joy we find,

For in His light, our spirits soar,

With every promise, we trust Him more.

The seasons change, but He remains,

Through trials, joys, through losses, gains,

In faith, we stand, unshaken, free,

For in His love, we find our plea.

So let our hearts be ever bold,

In every story, His grace unfolds,

For when we seek, we shall behold,

The Kingdom’s joy, more precious than gold.

Amen, we say, with fervent praise,

In His presence, our spirits raise,

For though the world may shift and sway,

His words, our anchor, come what may. Amen.
