11-20-2023 Luke 18 V-4142 I want to see please Lord
The Gospel of Luke Ch 18 v- 41 thru 42
41 “What do you want me to do for you?” (Blind man) replied, “Lord, please let me see.” 42 Jesus told him, “Have sight; your faith has saved you.”
Maybe some of you can identify with this poem of a song I wrote.
I was blind but faith in Christ made me see
In the darkest of nights, I was lost and all alone,
Blinded by a world that I could not truly know.
But then a light pierced through the veil of my despair,
And I found solace in a faith that was seemingly so rare.
Oh, I found sight by faith in Christ,
He opened up my eyes, brought color to my life.
From the shadows, I emerged, a soul now reborn,
With every step I take, my spirit’s been transformed.
Born blind, I never knew the beauty of this earth,
But through the grace of God, I discovered its true worth.
He showed me love, compassion, and endless grace,
And in His embrace, I found my rightful faith place.
Oh, I found sight by faith in Christ,
He opened up my eyes, brought color to my life.
From the shadows, I emerged, a soul now reborn,
With every step I take, my spirit’s been transformed.
In the darkness, I found His unquenchable light,
In the depths of my soul, I saw it shine so bright.
Through the trials and the pain, He guided me along,
With faith as my compass, I knew I couldn’t go wrong.
Now I see a world that’s filled with endless possibilities,
Through the eyes of faith, I’ve been set free.
No longer bound by the chains of my past,
In Christ, I found a love that will forever last.
Oh, I found sight by faith in Christ,
He opened up my eyes, brought color to my life.
From the shadows, I emerged, a soul now reborn,
With every step I take, my spirit’s been transformed.
So let this song be a testament to the power of belief,
That even in the darkness, one can find relief.
With faith as our guide, we’ll conquer every storm,
For in Christ, we find our sight, our souls forever reborn. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. The Lord’s Prayer.
At the Savior’s command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to say:
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and for ever. Amen.
I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for a a little boy named David Alexander. Praise God thank You Jesus. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Miracle request by man blind
Jesus asked you need by Me what
I want to see please Lord by Your Divine
Saying Jesus sight have in as much
For you are saved by faith yours case shut
