10-27-2023 Luke 12 V-5657 Hypocrites you
The Gospel of Luke Chapter 12 v- 56 thru 57
56 “You hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of the earth and the sky; why do you not know how to interpret the present time? 57 Why do you not judge for yourselves what is right?”
Why do you not judge for yourselves what is right? This seems like the obvious question but we do what we want to do. Amen. Sin can cloud one’s judgment, leading them astray from what is considered morally or spiritually right or true. In America we have a desire to judge not others motives when living a lie allowing people to call themselves the sex they weren’t born as to simply be accommodating to others inner most desires be it fallacy or not. It goes with the body as well labeled a fundamental right to kill a child in the womb even though they try and say it nothing more than tissue not a real person growing inside a woman’s body. So, some believe and some don’t it is our fundamental right to say the world is black and white and really not full of all colors of the spectrum.
Different people, cultures, and societies possess diverse ethical frameworks and moral values. What one person might consider right, another might consider wrong, leading to subjective judgments. Additionally, biases, prejudices, personal experiences, and cultural conditioning can influence individuals’ perspectives on what is right or wrong, making it challenging to arrive at a universally agreed-upon judgment. Sin, often seen as the act of willfully going against moral or divine laws, is a concept believed to lure individuals away from truth by appealing to their desires, ego, or selfishness. Sin can cloud one’s judgment, leading them astray from what is considered morally or spiritually right or true. I ask again, “Why do you not judge for yourselves what is right?”
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. The Lord’s Prayer. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. Kairos 56. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born has been answered; she is 24 weeks pregnant with a little boy. Praise God thank You Jesus. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.
