10-15-2023 Philippians Four V-1213 Hungry and fed well secret
The Letter to the Philippians Chapter Four v- 1213
12 I know indeed how to live in humble circumstances; I know also how to live with abundance. In every circumstance and in all things I have learned the secret of being well fed and of going hungry, of living in abundance and of being in need. 13 I have the strength for everything through him who empowers me.
Meditating every day on being humble, fasting for prayerful needs, and seeking to help others without greed can have several effects on your mind including increased self-awareness for regular meditation helps you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This increased self-awareness can lead to a better understanding of your own strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth. While cultivating humility you are consistently meditating on being humble as you develop a mindset of unpretentiousness. This allows you to remain grounded, acknowledge your limitations, and treat others with respect and kindness. Remember to remain in a heightened state of empathy and compassion. Allow fasting to help you focus on seeking to help those in need cultivating a sense of empathy and compassion within you.
As you focus on the well-being of others, you become more sensitive to their struggles and develop a desire to alleviate their suffering. Improve your focus and clarity by musing thoughts of practice enhancing your ability to concentrate and stay focused. This clarity of mind allows you to better understand the needs of others and discern how you can effectively help them. We must in life reduce our attachment to material possessions through meditation and fasting, gradually developing a detachment from material goods and a decreased focus on personal greed. This mindset shift can lead to a greater willingness to share your abundance with others. Finally, your enhanced spiritual connection will come naturally by seeking the lost, lonely, and languished in Christ, you deepen your spiritual connection and find purpose in serving others. This connection can bring a sense of fulfillment and contentment knowing Redemption firsthand. Amen.

In abundance I live in Him and show
Things all in every circumstance grow
Hungry and fed well secret need’s abundance I propose
Strength have I
Everything by Him I cry
Me empowered to live and die
In Him it is the world I deny
