09-26-2023 Luke 11 V-2728 Six Blessings from reading the Word of God
The Gospel of Luke Chapter 11 v-27 and 28
27 While he was speaking, a woman from the crowd called out and said to him, “Blessed is the womb that carried you and the breasts at which you nursed.” 28 He replied, “Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it.”
When you practice the Word of God daily and call on the Redemption of Christ Jesus as the only source of Truth, several things can happen:
- Spiritual growth: Regularly engaging with the Word of God helps you deepen your understanding of His teachings and principles. It allows you to grow spiritually, gaining wisdom and insight into God’s plan for your life.
- Transformation of mind and heart: As you immerse yourself in the Word of God, it has the power to renew your mind and transform your heart. It helps you align your thoughts, attitudes, and actions with God’s truth, leading to positive changes in your character and behavior.
- Increased faith: The Word of God is a source of faith-building. As you consistently rely on the Redemption of Christ Jesus as the only source of Truth, your faith in Him grows stronger. You learn to trust in His promises, rely on His grace, and have confidence in His guidance.
- Clarity and guidance: The Word of God provides clarity and guidance for life’s challenges and decisions. It offers timeless principles and truths that can be applied to various situations, helping you navigate through life with wisdom and discernment.
- Greater intimacy with God: Regularly practicing the Word of God and calling on the Redemption of Christ Jesus deepens your relationship with God. It opens up avenues for communication and communion with Him, allowing you to experience His presence, love, and guidance in your life.
- Fruitful and purposeful living: As you apply the Word of God and rely on Christ’s Redemption, you grow in righteousness and bear the fruits of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control). This leads to a more purposeful and fulfilling life as you align yourself with God’s will and purpose.
Overall, practicing the Word of God daily and calling on the Redemption of Christ Jesus as the only source of Truth can lead to spiritual growth, transformation, increased faith, guidance, intimacy with God, and a life that reflects the character of Christ. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. Kairos 56. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

**Nursed You by breasts blessed to please us**
An interrupting woman cried out
Speaking directly to Jesus
Womb blessed you carried I pout
Nursed You by breasts blessed to please us
Replying Jesus even sweeter
Blessed are the God’s Word confessing
Hearing they act as a repeater
The Word observer receives constant blessings
